Die Grossen Opel - Kapitän, Admiral, Diplomat, Monza, Senator
The Opel Kapitän and Admiral models of 1938 marked the beginning of a long series of successful Opel models with six-cylinder in-line engines. In 1964, Opel expanded the duo to include the Diplomat to form the KAD A-Trio, thus reaching for the luxury class - and thus also challenging Mercedes-Benz.
At the end of the 1970s, Opel was succeeded in the top class by the Senator and Monza series, which were built until the early 1990s.

In this volume, Frank Storz tells the story of the Great Opel, from the Opel 6 of 1934 to the Big Three - Kapitän, Admiral and Diplomat - up to the Senator and Monza series.
