In this book we look back on a period, the years between 1946 and 1970, by means of 130 photos, in which the street scene was dominated by often uniquely designed trucks with 'a nose', or 'torpedo' model trucks.
Until the second half of the sixties these were prominently present in the Netherlands. Trucks that stood out, regardless of the brand, by having their own 'face'.
