Moto Morini
Moto Morini's history dates back to the early 1920s with the MM factory, co-founded by Alfonso Morini. In 1937, he started his own company, marking a new chapter in motorcycle history. After his passing in 1969, his daughter Gabriella took over the business.
In 1987, facing the need for new models, the company was acquired by the Cagiva Group. Although a new range of modular V-twin engines was developed and tested, it never reached production, partly due to the success of Ducati, which Cagiva had acquired in 1985.
In 1999, Franco Morini, Alfonso's nephew, took over Moto Morini. That same year, renowned designer Franco Lambertini returned, and by 2003, new models were in development. In 2004, the famous stylist Luciano Marabese joined the company, continuing the brand's legacy.
