The Ducati 750 Bible: 750 GT, 750 Sport and 750 Super Sport (1971 to 1978)

This book examines the Ducati 750, designed in 1970 by chief engineer Fabio Taglioni. Its layout was unique: a 90-degree V-twin with single overhead camshafts driven by bevel gears. Taglioni soon developed the model into a Formula 750 racer, which achieved a major victory at the Imola 200 in 1972. This success made the desmodromic 750 a lasting legend.

Ducati followed with a hand-built, limited-production 750 Super Sport, while continuing the touring 750 GT and the 750 Sport. Production of these models ended in 1974 due to new regulations. Together, these three motorcycles marked the close of an era, before strict cost control and government design rules. They were among the last uncompromised sporting motorcycles and later inspired the Sport Classic models of 2005 and 2006.

The book is written by Ducati specialist Ian Falloon, author of several works on the marque. He has owned multiple Ducati 750s and still keeps the 750 Super Sport he bought in the 1970s.

The Ducati 860, 900 and Mille Bible: All Models 1975 to 1986

This book examines all major square-case Ducati motorcycles of the 1970s and 1980s, including the 900 Super Sport and the Mike Hailwood Replica. It is illustrated with 200 photographs and includes full appendices with technical specifications.

The bevel-drive 860 and 900 models were among the most important motorcycles of the late 1970s, offering a rare balance of power and handling. When Italian designer Giorgetto Giugiaro styled the 860GT in 1973, few expected it to develop into one of Ducati's most respected model families.

The square-case 860 evolved into the famous 900 Super Sport, the Darmah, and later the Mike Hailwood Replica, created to mark Hailwood's remarkable comeback victory at the Isle of Man in 1978.
The square-case engine design remained in production for more than ten years and helped Ducati survive a difficult period in the early 1980s.
This book documents every version of this important line, from the first 860 to the final Mille, supported by detailed images and technical data.
