Les fourgons 'nez de cochon' de mon père - De Chenard & Walcker à Peugeot
During the 1940s Chenard & Walcker developed a van, the CPV, powered by an engine from the Peugeot 202. In 1950 this engine was replaced by that of the 203. Since the same year all these vans have been marketed under the Peugeot name.
With its round shape and small bonnet, the Chenard van was quickly nicknamed by the public 'pig nose'.
- Richly illustrated, this book covers the history and evolution of the Chenard & Walcker / Peugeot CPV, D3A, D4A and D4B vans.
- This volume of the "La voiture de mon père" collection is not only a source of in-depth information for the owner, but also a concise guide to originality.
- The technology, variants, modifications and special versions are described in detail.
- Contains 179 period photos, often unpublished.
