Bucheli repair manuals for cars, 4x4s and vans
Bucheli workshop manuals show you how to maintain and repair your car yourself and which tools are needed. There are now over 600 of these manuals about passenger cars, off-road vehicles and vans (and another 250 about motorcycles). More than 6 million books from this series have already been sold. They provide much more information than the owner's handbook, supplied by the manufacturer with a new car.
Bucheli manuals describe step by step maintenance and repair of the engine, the fuel system, the engine control, cooling and lubrication system. Interventions on the transmission, chassis and electrical system are treated as well.
Not only easy operations such as changing the oil are included, but also more complicated works like removing the engine and gearbox.
Each book contains about 250 detailed drawings and exploded views, key technical data, dimensions, torque wrench settings, adjustment data and wiring diagrams.
Bucheli workshop manuals provide a wealth of information. These manuals are interesting for the DIY mechanic as well as for those who simply want to know how a particular vehicle is constructed. These books mainly describe repairs of the mechanical components.
Many older, long-sold out Bucheli repair manuals are available again as Print-on-Demand (PoD) editions.
Publisher: Verlag Bucheli, Zug (CH)
Size: 28 x 21 cm (11 x 8.25 in), paperback
Language: These books are only available in German. However, some popular titles have been published in English by Brooklands.
Automatic transmissions and modern gearboxes: Because special tools and adjustment equipment are required, the overhaul of automatic transmissions and modern gearboxes (specialist work!) is not covered in these books. However, you will usually find instructions for removing and installing the transmission, replacing the ATF fluid and adjusting the controls.

Wiring diagrams: Bucheli workshop manuals contain specially made, clear wiring diagrams. For older car models, these show the whole system, but for modern cars with their complicated electronics, only the most important circuits are included (fuses, engine, lighting, etc.).
