Le VeloSolex de mon père

De VéloSolex werd in 1940 ontworpen door Marcel Mennesson. Decennia lang zou deze zwarte "fiets die vanzelf rijdt" een bekend gezicht in het straatbeeld blijven.
Later kwamen er kleurrijke exemplaren, tot de firma Solex in de jaren zeventig met de fabricage stopte. Dit betekende evenwel niet het einde, want de VéloSolex werd onder de merken Motobécane en MBK verder gebouwd.

Dit rijk geïllustreerde deel uit de Franse serie "La voiture de mon père" is niet alleen een goede bron van informatie voor de eigenaar, maar tegelijk een beknopte originaliteitsgids.
