Wieloosiowe pojazdy wosjkowe Jelcz 8x8 i 10x10

This booklet presents in detail the heavy military trucks from Jelcz, introduced in 2020. These trucks are equipped with robust 578- and 625-horsepower Mercedes-MTU engines. Additionally, they feature new automated ZF transmissions with a functionally optimized algorithm for gear shifting, single-tire configuration, and entirely new integral armored extended cabins.

Initially developed as part of programs for Heavy Equipment Transport (HET) and the Wisła air defense system, these vehicles have evolved into slightly different configurations since 2022, becoming integral components of the Narew short-range anti-aircraft system and a multiple rocket launcher system.

In the final chapter, the author emphasizes the imminent need to design large-capacity armored tankers for frontline fuel supply in potential conflicts involving M1 Abrams tanks.
These tanks, consuming two to three times more fuel than Leopard 2A6 tanks, highlight the necessity for such specialized vehicles in the near future.

Describes all types of Jelcz bodies mounted on the chassis of various trucks, Żubr trucks and derivatives, fire and special vehicles (mobile repair workshops), Jelcz-LIAZ truck prototypes, Jelcz 300 series trucks, the bus prototypes Star Jot-55 and Żubr A-81 Odra, Jelcz-Karosa buses and derivatives, as well as special vehicles and bus trailers.
It contains many archival, so far unpublished photos of vehicles produced by JZS.

Describes the trucks of the Jelcz 300 M and Jelcz 320 families, Jelcz utility vehicles based on the chassis structure of the Steyr 1490 and Steyr 1491, trucks of the Jelcz 410 family, fire trucks, specialized and special bodies, Jelcz-Berliet buses and derivatives, buses produced in cooperation with Yugoslavia and vehicles that were developed in cooperation with other companies, including the Hydromil II water cannon produced by FSS "Polmo-SHL" Kielce on the Jelcz P-420 truck chassis.

Historia 'Jelcz-Rally' 1986-1996

This detailed 608-page illustrated book covers the history of the largest rally event held in Central and Eastern Europe during the 1980s and 1990s.

Originally intended for trucks, the rally quickly expanded to include off-road cars and motorcycles. It took place in Lower Silesia, with the start and finish located in Jelcz-Laskowice, in front of the Jelcz Automotive Plant, which initially organised the event. In the 1990s, the role of organiser was taken over by the Automobile Club of Lower Silesia.

The rally gained significant popularity and became an international competition. In its early years, teams from Poland, Czechoslovakia, the USSR, and East Germany took part. After 1990, many competitors from Western Europe also joined.
The book is richly illustrated with hundreds of photographs and maps from various editions of the rally.
